Guesthouse Regulation

Dear Guests, welcome to GUESTHOUSE KIYO. Our strategy is hospitality for our guests. We always try to offer the best service to you, being smiling and friendly. Please enjoy your stay at our Guesthouse and wish you to have pleasant stay and good memories. All of our staffs have gained experiences by practice and have devoted ourselves to the measures of safety.

Our Guesthouse Regulations are as follows:

1. We would like you to register you at a guesthouse visitors’ book and pay for your room charge in advance.
2. In case you cut your stay short, we are sorry for you, but we cannot give you a refund.
3. Checkout time is 12 o’clock.
4. Please do not bring weapons, explosive, drugs, and poison into the guesthouse that are illegal.
5. Please do not buy fancy women and sell your body in the guest house.
6. Please do not try all kinds of gambling.
7. Please do not cook and iron in the room.
8. Please do not smoke in the bed.
9. The guesthouse owner does not take responsibility for your missing or stolen money and properties. Please manage them fully by your selves.
10. The guesthouse owner does not take responsibility for the guests who committed crimes.
11. Please return the room key and room electric card to the receptionist whenever you go out. Please return the room key, room electric card and TV remote control to the receptionist when you check out.

Our wishes

1 - Phnom Penh is still placed in bad situation concerning electricity supply. There are sometimes blackouts. But electricity will be restored in a few minutes. Please wait for it calmly.

2 - We would like you to cooperate with us on ECO of saving energy.
